Meet Our Founder
Khalfani Rushiddin
Founder & Executive Director
Head Cornerstone Housing was founded by Khalfani Rushiddin, a technology and operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience managing complex programs, strategic partnerships, and large-scale initiatives.
Before founding Head Cornerstone Housing, Khalfani served as a Senior Engineering Program Manager on Apple’s Engineering team, where he helped lead cross-functional initiatives supporting advanced AI technologies. Throughout his career, he has also delivered programs and projects for organizations including Disney, AT&T, Ticketmaster, Technicolor, and Yellow Pages.
Drawing on this background in operations, systems thinking, and organizational leadership, Khalfani established Head Cornerstone Housing to address California’s growing need for professionally managed shared housing. The organization’s mission is to create safe, stable homes that benefit residents, property owners, referral partners, and the communities they serve.
